Does the app track me?

No. We do not track you. Location is used on-device to show your position and nearby POIs and is not stored or sent to our servers.

Do I need an internet connection?

The map and content are optimized for low data usage and can work offline for recently viewed areas. Some features may require connectivity.

Which languages are supported?

Currently English, French, and Japanese for selected content (POIs and tours). More languages may be added over time.

How do audio tours work?

Choose a tour and follow the route. You can play optional audio narration at each stop. Use headphones for the best experience.

Why can’t the app find my location?

Please ensure you have granted “While Using the App” location permission in iOS Settings. Accuracy may vary depending on your environment.

How do I request a feature or report a bug?
